Organoleptic description:

 

It is a sweet Tokaji wine made from botrytised and shrivelled berries from the 2021 October-November harvest. The wine’s aroma has spicy characters with elegant botrytis and vanilla originating from the barrel-aging and complemented by a typical fruitiness. It has a well-balanced flavour profile. The wine was matured in Hungarian Zemplén oak barrels.

Serving temperature: 10-12 °C

Total acidity: 7,93 g/l
